Ink Stained Creative offers these plans as a way to ensure your website continues running smoothly. If anything was wrong with the site at the time of completion, we’ll happily fix it for free. However, over the course of time, the site can be affected by malicious attacks, server problems, user error or simply software going out of date.
All plans offer regularly updated security systems against hackers, uptime monitors to let us know within minutes if your site goes down for any reason, backups, and monthly updates to all WordPress and its plugins – this is important to do regularly and correctly to keep your site secure and functioning optimally.

- Full daily backups stored offsite (1 month of retention)
- Monthly WordPress, theme and plugin updates
- Up to 6 hours/year of troubleshooting / IT support via email
- 1 backup restoration / hacking recovery per year in addition to the above
- Uptime monitor ensures we know right away if your site is down for any reason
Deluxe
$195 / month, or $1,990 / year if paying for 1 year in advance

- 24/7 security scans
